Read the terms before paying
Before making a financial commitment, obtain and keep the written offer for the selected program, including the applicable withdrawal and refund terms. Check the organization entering the agreement, program, start and access dates, total price, payment schedule and included support.
The published PLA Independent offer covers 36 study weeks of self-paced learning with teacher-reviewed work. Its stage-specific fees and review allowances are shown on the tuition page.
Annual plans and installments
The published fees are annual plan prices, payable once or across ten monthly installments. An installment spreads the annual price across payments; it is not a cancel-anytime monthly subscription.
This page does not determine whether a remaining balance is due after withdrawal or what portion of a payment is refundable. Those answers must come from the applicable written terms.
Check the situation that applies
Read how the written terms handle withdrawal before or after access begins, a service that cannot be delivered, a duplicate payment and an incorrect charge. Confirm any rules for pauses, transfers or later starts before relying on those options.
Use the channel in your agreement
For an existing purchase, follow the request procedure and contact channel stated in its agreement or payment records. Keep a copy of your request and relevant purchase information.
